Back-to-school season always sneaks up faster than we think. One day, it’s summer freedom; the next, it’s alarm clocks, packed lunches, homework, and after-school activities. For kids, the transition can feel overwhelming , new teachers, social adjustments, academic pressure. For parents, it’s often just as stressful (if not more): juggling schedules, managing emotions, and trying to keep everything running smoothly.
So what do kids need most right now?
