I am a full-time hospice RN liaison with a passion for providing compassionate care to those in need. I am the founder of Oil and Soul, a wellness-focused business that offers easy access to resources, wellness scans, and personalized support both locally and virtually.

I am a wife, proud furmom to Bailey and a new yoga enthusiast. I do the best I can to balance my full-time job with time for hubby and Bailey. I am also an event coordinator at a local yoga studio.
