Back in 2020 when many businesses had to shut down temporarily, Rich and Dawn wanted to do something to help support their local businesses. They decided to do business spotlights so that business owners could still get their business out to the community. These local business owners had families at home to care for and it was important to make sure they stayed visible to the community.
So why was this important to Rich and Dawn? Because they were business owners as well who were also being impacted. Rich is a Real Estate Agent for RE/MAX and has been in the industry for 25 years. Real Estate Agents were getting hit hard during this time and were the last ones to be able to get back to business. Before getting shut down, Rich was working with first time home buyers to last time home sellers in the Chester, Bucks, Montgomery, Delaware and Philadelphia Counties. Dawn is in the Coaching and Holistic field and has been doing so for 18 years. Her company is called A Vibe Above LLC. She focuses on helping Business owners, Practitioners and even young adults get to the root cause of their limitations, blocks fears and health issues. She combines coaching, energy healing with frequency therapy and also educates on tools and products for a healthy daily routine. She is know for helping people quickly get to these root causes so then they have more time to move forward in a happy and healthy manner.

Rich and Dawn decided to change the spotlight interviews into a podcast that they could do via Zoom especially after they had so much success with their sister podcast, Fermented Adventure. The podcast interviews are still happening each Thursday offering business owners a chance to tell their story of how they got started and why Delco.
In February 2023 they partnered with the Delco Chamber to create a unique in-person business network group, called Delco Meets 4 Business. Here again was the opportunity to create opportunities for business owners to connect, collaborate, find value to expand their business growth. The first meeting had over 25 people eager to get back out to connect in person. Rich and Dawn are excited about what is in store for the future with continuing to support the important people that make the Delco community thrive.
