The Phantoms have a whole new team for the 2024-25 season. They have an exciting season ahead and the plan on putting Delco back on the basketball map. Dwayne was born and raised in Chester, PA. He knows a thing or two about Delco. He also knows about life and he is an inspiration and a motivator of people.
